    • STEP 01
      Document
      screening

      Check if the applicant is suitable for the relevant field

    • STEP 02
      Interview
      screening

      Conduct 1st interview and practical interview

    • STEP 03
      3-month probationary

      Employees selected through interview have a probationary period of 3 months, among which task evaluation is conducted.

    • STEP 04
      Final
      pass

      Conversion to full-time employees after 3 months of probationary period (the probationary period may be reduced according to performance)
